Surrounded by nature, the Socorro Hydromineral Resort, located in the Circuit of the Paulista Waters and a reference in adventure and ecotourism, crosses rivers, lakes, forests and mountains. With a delicious cuisine, it exudes the scent of the earth's delicacies. In addition to driving on gentle or extreme adventures, visitors make their way 130 km from the capital of São Paulo. Socorro in the summer has high temperatures (34ºC) and in winter they are low (1ºC), with attractions all year round. (SOURCE: Cantinho do Chef). The space The distance from the farm to the city center is approximately 5 km. Ideal for gathering friends and family in a larger space with more privacy, our farmhouse accommodates up to 15 people comfortably in a 400m2 house with 5 bedrooms. The farm has a space of 1,200 m² containing a delightful gourmet area and HEATED pool*. Pet guests are welcome in the house, always respecting the rule of not entering the pool and a limit of 2 pets per stay. Casa da Orquídea features a heated pool, garden overlooking the mountains, TV room, living room, laundry room, gourmet area with TV, barbecue area with oven and wood stove, fire pit, Wi-Fi, pool table, ping pong table, electronic gate, 24-hour security system. The house has two kitchens equipped with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Other things to note We do not provide bath towels or bed linens. Parties and loud music are prohibited at any time of the day or night, and are subject to a fine. We ask that you respect the neighborhood. Our staff clean the garden and pool once a week (minimum) usually in the morning. WE DO NOT RENT TO YOUNG GROUPS DUE TO COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS WITH LOUD NOISE AFTER 8PM. If the intention of the lease is to hold parties or other events that promote noise, please do not make the reservation, as failure to comply with this rule is subject to termination of the lease without refund of the daily rates.
