The resort is decorated with Old World Tuscan charm that blends with the vine-covered hills to welcome you with style and grace. This One Bedroom unit has a king bed with a queen sleeper sofa along with a kitchen and private balcony or terrace. You'll enjoy all onsite amenities such as separate adult and children's pools, hot tub, and large area for sun lounging. The space Unit features: • 1 king bed • 1 queen sofa sleeper • Full kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, fridge) • 1 bathroom • Jacuzzi tub • Washer & dryer • Fireplace • Complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival • Maximum occupancy: 4 • 836 square feet Amenities include: • 24 hour room service • Morning coffee in the lobby • Wine cave • Wine tasting room • BBQ area • Business center • Bowling alley • Game room • 2 Full fitness centers • Hot tub (outdoor) • Restaurant & bar • Water playground • Event space • Sauna (fee) • Spa Services (fee) • 2 Heated swimming pool (outdoor) - Hours 7am-10pm - The Meritage Resort is on the same property and share amenities (except for the Meritage pools). - Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State of California. - The Vino Bello is timeshare property, you may be invited to a presentation. There is no obligation for you to attend, and it is suggested that you politely decline to maximize your time while visiting. - Guest checking in must be 21+ with a valid ID and credit or debit card (cash not accepted) for $100/day refundable security deposit. - Resort fee of ~$7+ tax/night paid by the guest upon check in to the front desk - Guests will be provided with a parking permit by the front desk (no charge) - Complimentary bottle of wine provided by the Vino Bello - The unit is assigned by the resort upon check-in. The unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes. General terms: - Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other guests/timeshare owners. The Tenant affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out. - The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by themselves or personal guests. - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Other things to note - I have been an owner of timeshare properties for more than 5 years. This is a fully transferrable timeshare unit, so the reservation is booked under your name (or the individual who will be checking in). Once your request has been accepted, you will check in just like at any hotel. - Please provide the first and last name of the individual who will be checking in with the front desk with your initial inquiry/request.
