Amazing Beach House- Fire pit, grill, TV, games!

Welcome to our family cabin in Grapeview, right next to Treasure Island! Have fun on the beach, go kayaking or just relax and watch the beautiful scenery. Our cabin offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, access to a washer and dryer, family games, 4 single kayaks, 6 paddle-boards and an outdoor shower space for after you’ve had fun on the beach. Enjoy the propane grill, outdoor seating, deck and fire pit. We are also just 10 minutes away from the adorable town of Allyn! The space The main floor- Full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace, washer and dryer and the bunk bed room. You will have direct access to the deck and outdoor amenities from the front of the home. Second floor- Master bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the cove and a dedicated workspace, half bathroom, additional bedroom with two queen sized beds. Both bedrooms have large closets. Outdoors- We have outdoor seating, a large deck, fire pit, propane grill, an outdoor shower and access to the outdoor water equipment. The property is not fully fenced in, but we have a safety fence on the bulkhead so it is safe for kids and pets. Guest will have access to 6 paddle boards (1 child sized), 4 kayaks and 1 canoe. There are 2 adults sized life vests and 4 child sized life vests available for use. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas other than the owners private shed.
