The space This cozy studio apartment is the perfect spot for enjoying the area. Located on a quiet street w fields and Woodland surrounding. There is a small breezeway that attaches the suite to the main house garage but it is still very private and has its own private parking (photo of blue garage is for parking area reference guests do not have access to the garage), entrance, and backyard. Located just a few minutes drive from Parkesburg, grocery stores, shopping, and Restaurants. Check the guidebook attached to the listing for area attractions and things to see! NOTE: there is WIFI but no TV Guest access Guests have access to the entire suite and the backyard as well as a small area in the front of the home. Other things to note **We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays, but after that is used up it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves. **This home has weekly lawn maintenance. Please be advised someone may enter the property for these purposes. *Any items left at the home can be shipped but require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
