It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, king-sized bed, a pullout couch to sleep a total of 4. The full bath features a tub/shower combo. The private backyard offers a BBQ grill. Just minutes from grocery stores, the suite is under an hour from Philadelphia and within 40 minutes of Longwood Gardens, King of Prussia Mall, Amish attractions, and Lancaster. Please note, there is no TV. The space This charming studio cottage is an ideal retreat for exploring the area. Nestled on a quiet street surrounded by fields and woodland, While the cottage connects to the garage of the main home via a small breezeway, it is very private. The suite includes its own private entrance and backyard as well as private parking (see photo of the blue garage for reference—guests do not have access to the garage). Just a short drive from Parkesburg, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants, it provides convenient access to local amenities. Please see the attached guidebook for nearby attractions and things to do. Note: there is WiFi but no TV. Guest access Guests have access to the entire suite and the backyard as well as a small area in the front of the home. Other things to note **We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays, but after that is used up it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves. **This home has weekly lawn maintenance. Please be advised someone may enter the property for these purposes. *Any items left at the home can be shipped but require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
