You will be staying in a very nice and brand new apartment 2 minutes from Prainha, the most beautiful and family-friendly beach in the city. The property faces the street and has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans (if there is interest in using the air conditioner, it will be charged separately), a kitchen equipped with basic utensils, a bathroom, a large living room with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, and a large balcony. Elevator, electronic gate, a fixed parking space, security camera system and shower. We do not accept visitors!
