It consists of a bedroom with a double bed; a fully-equipped kitchen; a shower room; and a cozy living room with a TV and a sofa bed. Towels, bed linen, and tea towels are provided. Professional cleaning is done before and after each guest. Juan les Pins beach is a 1-minute walk and "Belles Rives" beach is 5 minutes away. Various bars, restaurants and shops nearby and you have a supermarket a 2-minute walk away for your small daily shopping. Antibes city center is a 10-minute drive, where you will find several tourist sites: Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Provençal Market, the Picasso Museum...
