Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house including use of the garage. Garage has a keypad for entry from outside (code will be provided with check-in information after booking). No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vape, candles, etc.). A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if there are signs of smoking inside. Due to bears and other wildlife, trash cannot be left outside at any time. All trash must be bagged and put into the bear-resistant cans under the deck near the garage. Please ensure cans are properly locked. We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, hand soap, shampoo / conditioner. Depending on your length of stay, you may need to supply your own additional supplies. Coffee nook includes Keurig K-cup and standard drip coffee machines. We provide a starter kit of K-cups, sugar, and creamer for your convenience. Firewood is supplied. If you need additional wood, it is available at local grocery stores or can be delivered (see digital guidebook or contact host). PARKING: There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. The circular driveway is paved. As you come up the drive, the right side is steeper than the left. TV: All TV’s are set up with Roku Streaming devices. We do not provide cable or satellite TV. The Roku’s are set up in Guest Mode which allows you to use your own streaming service subscriptions and will automatically logout and delete your information when you depart (see Digital Guidebook for instructions) The cabin is professionally cleaned between every guest stay. Please note, there is a Ring doorbell camera outside the main floor entrance (door with keypad). This camera is for the safety of guests and the property. There are NO cameras inside the house. Other things to note Guests have access to the entire home, all decks, the hot tub, fire pit, and the garage with keypad entry. Plenty of parking on the paved circular driveway. Note: The right side of the drive is steeper. No smoking of any kind indoors — $500 fee for violations • Because of bears, all trash must be locked inside the bear-proof cans • Starter supplies provided (TP, paper towels, soaps, detergent, pods) • Firewood is provided • Roku TVs use Guest Mode and auto-log-out • Ring doorbell camera on exterior only (for safety) RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require all guests to read and sign a rental agreement and a hot tub waiver prior to their stay. These documents will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any instant bookings if agreement is not signed. HOUSE RULES • No parties or events allowed. • No smoking allowed. • No pets allowed. • There are stairs. Please use baby gates in the closet for your use. • No unregistered guests allowed. • Please turn off the AC when you go out. • Please respect check-in and check-out times. • Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. • Please don’t rearrange the furniture. • Please rinse your dishes and put them in the dishwasher • A latched metal box for trash is available below the stairs near the garage. Please note there are bears in the area. All trash must be in bags and placed inside the metal job box. Please be sure to lock the lid with the provided carabiner. • No illegal substances allowed on the premises. • Please ensure grill is away from walls or railings before use and until completely cooled.
