We are offering a 3-storey house for privately renting located only a minute-walk from Hanazonocho station on the Yotsubashi subway line in Osaka. Our house is furnished with five double beds to sleep up to ten people and comes equipped with a kids' playroom so it is perfect for staying Osaka with little ones. We provide complimentary basic amenities, such as towels, toiletries, and a pocket wifi unit that can be taken our and about during your stay. We look forward to hosting you! The space Our 100 square-metre, three-storey house as been furnished with five double beds at 140 cm x 195 cm each to sleep up to ten guests in total. On the third floor of the house, there is a dedicated kids' play area with a play mat, play house, and play car installed so children can relax and play during their stay. Please note that toys or books are not provided so we ask guests to please bring their own. Please note that because this house has three floors, there are stairs between the floors and there is no elevator, so please keep this in mind if your party has elderly guests or those with mobility requirements. For our guests' comfort, basic amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, shampoo and body soap are provided. We have also made available a free pocket WiFi unit in the apartment that can be taken out of the room out and about in Osaka. The pocket Wi-Fi provided can be used up to 10GB a day and it resets at midnight each day. In addition to the above amenities, our house also features 4 x wall-mounted air-conditioning units that can be used to heat or cool each room to our guests' preference. Our HD TV has a HDMI port in the rear so our guests are welcome to use their streaming devices. A triple hob gas cooker with grill, microwave oven, toaster oven and kettle are provided along with a basic refrigerator, dishwasher, basic crockery and cutlery for cooking and dining at home. There is a dining table that can comfortably seat six people. In addition to the above, we also have a bathroom with a bath and shower with shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided, along with a washbasin that comes equipped with one toothbrush, and one face towel and bath towel set per guest. We also have two separated western-style toilets on the 1st and 3rd floors that come equipped with a washlet system. We also provide a laundry machine in the house but please note that there is no tumble dryer feature. Please either hang laundry out to dry or please use an online maps service to search for a coin laundry service nearby. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access The amenities provided in this property are as follows: * Free on-site parking (4.9m x 2.3m). Please park your car inside of the property on the driveway. Please note that we cannot accommodate large vehicles, so please search for a nearby coin parking facility. Please do not leave your car parked on the road. Thank you. * 1 x face towel and 1 x body towel for each guest. Please use the laundry machine to wash your towels. * Wall-mounted air conditioning unit to be used to both cool the room in summer and heat the room in winter. * 1 x portable pocket WiFi unit at 10GB a day. * 1 x HD television. Please note that the TV does not have a terrestrial TV connection or aerial connection, so neither Japanese TV or cable TV are available. Please note only pocket WiFi is provided. * Rice cooker. * Yakiniku plate / Takoyaki plate /O-nabe plate. * Salt, pepper, oil, or seasoning. * Clothes iron. * Bed sheet changes or extra blankets. * Extra beds, futons, or mattresses. * Changes to the layout of the room or relocation of the beds. * Daily room cleaning service. Trash collection can only be done for guests who stay for 7 days or more and is only at the guest's request. Collection is subject to staff availability. * Fresh towels. * Toothpaste. A small amount is provided upon check in, but extra will need to be purchased at the guests' discretion. * Heated flooring. * Baby beds or baby cars / push chairs. Please purchase these separately at a supermarket or convenience store. We appreciate your understanding. 3. Parties and loud gatherings are prohibited in our property as this is a residential area. We must respond seriously to any noise or disturbance complaints from neighbouring residents due to parties being held and penalties may be imposed upon guests found to be in violation. We kindly ask that guests agree to this and refrain from using the property as a party space and to respect the neighborhood before making the reservation. 4. Construction work is currently taking place next to our building and sometimes making some noise. The hours will be from 8am to 5pm until October 23rd.
