The space MAIN FEATURES: - Prime location - Tastefully designed - A small balcony - Smart TV - Fully equipped kitchen THINGS TO KNOW: - The apartment is on the fifth top floor, and there is no elevator in the building - We do not provide services such as delivering or collecting luggage to or from the apartment floor - There is air-conditioning in each room - The cleanliness of our bed linens and towels is a top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment, and in some cases, may be impossible to remove. If a stain cannot be removed, the item may need to be replaced, and the cost could be charged to you. We kindly ask that you treat these items with care, as you would your own. GETTING AROUND: Right in the center of the Şişli district. Many cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. are within a couple minutes of walking distance - 8 minutes walk to Osmanbey metro station - 10 minutes by walk to Bomontiada - 14 minutes by walk to Cevahir Shopping Mall - 11 minutes by walk to City's Nişantaşı FINES & FEES FOR THE VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in a 100 EUR penalty fee - Lost keys will incur a 35 EUR replacement fee - If keys are left inside the door lock, requiring locksmith assistance, a 60 EUR service charge will apply Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and will be provided with two sets of keys for your convenience.
