You'll first arrive to a beautiful and bright modernly decorated lobby with vaulted ceilings and be greeted by a professional and smiling concierge, who will let you up to the flat located in the 13th floor. There, you can enjoy a Spanish shower and then sleep in a luxurious queen bed. In the building, you can stay in modern co-working space located in the top of the building. The place is pretty close to the Malecón as well as the best bars and restaurants. Enjoy it! The space Working, relaxing, living. Please request a reservation from the host at least one day in advance. - If you'd like to reserve a chaise lounge in the pool area, kindly check with the host beforehand. YOGA GYM - Reserve one hour in the Yoga Gym by contacting the host at least one day in advance. PARKING, BIKES & SURFBOARD - If you require a parking slot, please inform the host in advance ($5 per night). - Bikes are available for rental in 2-hour slots: $10 for one bike, $15 for two. - We offer a Minimalibu Surfboard (7`9) rental for $15 (up to 5 hours) or $20 for the full day. HOUSEKEEPING - A complimentary cleaning is provided prior to your arrival. Additional cleanings can be scheduled for $15 each. - Receive a change of towels every 3 days at no extra cost. - There is not a laundry facility inside the unit
