Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally located place. Central location, close to everything. Surrounded by fig trees. Fully fenced in yard with large growth trees & well established garden. Friendly couple. They have a queen sized bedroom, at the front of the house. There is a mini fridge in the room. There is also another guest room available to rent with a Murphy bed. Tenant on main level with dog and cat. The space Come in the front door to a lobby. Up the stairs and the room is to the left facing the street. The room has a queen size bed, with TV that has basic cable connected. On the side of the room is the living room with a patio that faces the street. Passed the stairs is the office then the bathroom. The bathroom is shared with the other private room and the shower is shared with the couple who own the house. The kitchen is at the back of the house that has a big deck with roof. The deck has a hot tub you can use and a green egg bbq (amazing bbq). You can walk down the stairs to more fig trees in the backyard. The other bedroom has a new special build desk/murphy bed in it. It is available as well. The Den (other private room) is next to bedroom (separated by stairs). You will share the bathroom with these guests and we will use the shower. When you enter the home, there is a large lobby area where you can store your luggage if you are coming early/staying late. This lobby is shared with the tenant and her dog and cat on the main level of the home. Guest access You are free to use the kitchen, living room, hot tub and bbq. Please respect the space and clean and close after use. There is a patio off the living room with a bench seat which you can enjoy. Also, in the front yard there is a seat and table on the front lawn that you can enjoy. The bathroom is shared with the other guest bedroom and we will also use the shower. During your stay Paula and Richard are very friendly and love welcoming people to the home. However, the home is big enough to have as much interaction as you wish. Paula works as a nurse and works remotely and happy to take your lead as how much space you want. Richard is currently in school, which is remote so he is always around the house to help you. There is a tenant on the main level of the home. She has a dog and cat is friendly too :) There is another guest bedroom with other guests. Other things to note Hot tub has a lid to close, please be respectable and use the washroom prior to use and put the cover back. Also, please clean the bbq afterwards. The main level of the home has a tenant living there with a dog and cat. When you come in the front door, you will share the lobby area with her.
