New Beachfront Condo Resort in Paradise - ADA

Brand new resort condo directly on Treasure Island Beach. 992 sq ft of luxury. These 2-bedroom units feature a Queen bed in each bedroom as well as a pull-out couch in the living room. The bathroom in the master bedroom features a roll-in shower, grab bars and roll-under sink for the comfort of our less mobile guests. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Just beyond the common living area is a roll-out, private balcony with full dining table and views of the ocean, beach and pool. The space Our two, second floor, fully ADA-compliant, modern units are beautifully appointed and offer views of both the pool and the ocean. These units include a master bedroom with a Queen bed, a lovely ensuite with a roll-in shower, roll-under sink, grab bars and a large closet. As you make your way down the marble hallway, you pass the second bathroom with a bathtub large enough to soak in. Your second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and closet. This room does not have a window, so your teenagers can sleep in while you take advantage of the beautiful mornings. Enjoy your specially outfitted kitchen with lower sinks, cabinets and kitchen island or lounge in the living room with the retractable sliding doors open to let in the ocean breeze. The rollout balcony has a dining table, the perfect spot for watching the sunset, having a family dinner after enjoying the beach, or watching the parasailers navigating the light breezes of the Gulf. Each bedroom has a 50” TV, while the living room has a 65” TV. Every unit includes all the amenities found in traditional hotels including all linens, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Whether you choose to eat in or dine out at one of the many restaurants, your unit is equipped with dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and even baking items. Also included in each unit are a blow dryer, stackable washer and dryer, full-size appliances, iron, and ironing board. Each unit will have a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave to make your mornings easy and hassle-free. As our guest, you will have 24-hour concierge service and access to the pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, and a full bar overlooking the pool. There are also chairs and umbrellas set up in our private beach area where you will find a volleyball area, horseshoes and cornhole available to our guests. If you prefer to enjoy the sun closer to the water's edge, there is a company that sets up and rents cabanas with 2 chairs. Guest access While you will have a private condo, you will have access to all other areas of the hotel as well as unrestricted beach access. Other things to note We require one guest in the unit to be at least 21 years old. Please note that your reservation through Airbnb includes the resort fee of $45+tax/night. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) at no charge. Please note that parking is extremely limited, and we can only offer space for one vehicle per unit, so we ask that you plan accordingly. Pet fee (dogs only) of $85/night plus tax. Limit of 2 dogs per suite with combined weight of 30lbs or less. Please contact the property with questions. ADA-recognized service dogs are exempt from the pet fees and weight limitations. Pack n play fee of $22/night + tax. This includes the sheets as well as a mattress insert if needed. Please contact the property if you need this amenity so we can have it set in your room before your arrival. Pet fee and pack and play fee will be due upon arrival as applicable. A $200 hold will be placed on a credit or debit card at check in to cover any additional costs incurred while staying with us. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
