Welcome to our beautiful home. When you stay in our place, you will be located right in the heart of Coogee beach. The sandy shores are literally on your doorstep and you're a few steps away from the lovely restaurants, shops and places to grab a drink or two. Convenience is everything here! Tucked away at the rear of this small modern apartment complex, it's quiet leafy outlook is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the Eastern suburbs, or enjoying the Aussie sunshine. The space On the second floor, at the back of this complex... very private and quiet space. Modern spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with open plan living area and large outdoor private balcony. All rooms have individual air-conditioning controls for personalised comfort. MASTER BEDROOM: Has en-suite bathroom (with shower), black out blinds, and super-king size bed. SECOND BEDROOM: Has balcony access, desk space (if required), black out blinds and a full sized double bed or 2 singles if required (please let us know when booking), with Memory Foam Mattress OPEN PLAN LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING: Spacious living area with entertainer kitchen and dining area. LARGE ENTERTAINER BALCONY: With outdoor seating area and BBQ for you to use as you please. Guest access Guest will have access to the majority of the apartment. As this is our home. some of our personal belongings will be in the apartment and in some of the cupboard spaces. We will provide a section of storage space for your comfort during your stay. We have a secure car parking spot in the carpark underground (Level B2) that you'll have access to if needed. Other things to note Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay. We have a beach umbrella that you're welcome to use that is located outside on the balcony by the balcony door. Please feel free to use any dry goods/condiments in the cupboards during your stay!
