Casita Azulada (The Blue House) offers an eclectic charm and comfort that is hard to find away from home. It is centrally-located, so whether you are visiting the art district, attending events downtown, or need to be near the airport, your family will be close to everything when you make our house your temporary home. Discounts up to 20% are automatically applied to all multiple night stays. A 35% discount is applied to weekly stays, and 50% for monthly stays. Please message for availability! The space Guests will have exclusive access to the primary home on the property, including three bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry room, and one bathroom. The master bedroom and guest bedroom each have queen-sized beds. The third bedroom features a twin loft bed, with two additional twin mattresses (one standard, and one fold-out) stored underneath. There is so much to do here for adults and kids alike! Amenities Include: MEDIA: Free Wi-Fi, 65" HDTV, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, DVDs ENTERTAINMENT: Books, Board Games KID STUFF: Art Supplies, Books, Toys, & Games for All Ages INFANT: Changing Tray (stored in master closet) KITCHEN: Coffee, Blender, Rice Cooker, Cookware, Salt, Pepper, Oil BATHROOM: Hair Dryer, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Soap Large parties can use living room sofas as additional sleeping areas. Extra pillows, bedding, and towels are provided. While we don't charge a cleaning fee, extra guest fees are applied for groups of 5 or more due to the extra preparation involved. Guest access This home is the primary of three living spaces on the property (there are two small guest homes in the rear). You will have complete, sole access to the main home, front yard, and front driveway. The attached laundry room is shared between all three living spaces. The backyard and rear buildings are being remodeled, so access to these areas is not permitted at this time. Other things to note To keep our nightly price low, the thermostat is programmed on a set schedule, and may switch to eco-mode if you are away for long periods. You can always manually adjust the temperature at any time with the thermostat in the hall. Thank you for your understanding!
