We adore our villa and want to pass this feeling to our guests. You will enjoy the best balance of privacy, stunning views, modern interior, proximity to parks, beaches, and city center. Located on a cliff tip over the old city, our contemporary villa has a panoramic roof terrace, private pool, BBQ, several dining and chill-out areas, ping-pong table, and direct access to public parks and the city. Unbeatable atmosphere of privacy and exclusivity in this most appreciated point of Puerto Cruz. The space Our villa is a 151 m2 open-floor penthouse with private entrance, yard with a pool area, and a giant roof terrace. Fully renovated in 2021, it has a very large living/dining room with a top-quality American kitchen, three bedrooms (two with twin beds convertible into a queen-size and the third bedroom/office with a double bed of 140x200 cm), two bathrooms (one en-suite), and a large wardrobe. Two private terraces overlooking Puerto Cruz, Teide summit, and the Atlantic. Private 151 m2 roof terrace with 360˚panoramic view, ping-pong table, chill-out zone, and our first open-air dining area. High-speed internet inside and outside. 75" TV with Netflix, Prime, Apple, and other streaming services. BBQ area for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. Relax zone with a pool and a gazebo with another dining area. Every member of your family/company will enjoy the feeling of an exclusive privacy coupled with contemporary luxury on a cliff tip over Puerto. If you bring pets, they will appreciate our garden and two nearby parks. Tourist accommodation license: VV-38-4-0106474 Guest access Access to the villa is via a private stair with two lockable gates that leads from/to the parking lot over the villa. The stair is shared with two other villas. Another fully private stair with a lockable gate leads from the porch of the villa directly to downtown. All areas of the villa itself, including its pool and the roof terrace, are solely devoted to our guests and are not shared with anybody. Other things to note HOSTS. While considering our villa, please, do not be mislead by few guests' reviews. We moved to Tenerife and bought this villa in August 2023, and it takes time for the guests to generate their reviews. My profile reflects the fact that we are experienced hosts with an average rating of 4.95 from 100+ guests for our pre-Tenerife listings. CAR ACCESS & PARKING. The villa is accessible by car via a one-way street from the lower part of Puerto Cruz. Do not miss the entrance to the street! It looks like a gate with “TAORO” sign on top of both pillars (see in Gallery). There is a shared parking lot for 12 cars over the entrance to the villa. However, there are several public parking spaces along the road and a large public parking lot is just 200 m away with access from both the lower and upper parts of the city. INTERNET. High-speed wifi is available to all our guests throughout the villa and its territory at 200-600 Mbs. EVENTS. We appreciate guest who come to us for special events (birthdays, marriage anniversaries, class reunions, etc.). Please, note though that we have a small quiet community and thus loud music and noisy parties are not appreciated. Thank you for your understanding. GUESTS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY. Unfortunately, our premises are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Our guests have to walk down the stair with 51 steps to reach the villa from the parking lot. HOT WATER. There is a limited volume of hot water available to big companies. We have a 100L water heater on the upper floor (sufficient for 4-5 people shower one after another). I recommend that our guests consume hot water wisely and ideally make a break after every 2-3 guests taking a shower in the house. We have a solar shower on the roof terrace as well. MORE ON HOSTS AND OUR PETS. Your hosts live on the lower level of the villa with their private access. The hosts share the entrance to the villa and an 8-meter walkway along the pool area with our guests. We typically use this walkway 3-4 times per day, mostly early in the morning and late at night. We have a lovely cat of the Cornish Rex breed – smoke-pale Assya. There are also two friendly dogs: an Aussi named Money and a Pomeranian Spitz named Plyusha. Our pets like to walk around the property and make friends with our guests. They are very friendly. Normally, we restrict our dogs from the guest areas unless our guests ask us not to do so. You can pet our dogs as much as you wish, but, please, do not give them any food.
