Forget your worries in this spacious, serene updated space with spa like patio including a hot tub. The space A fully stocked home (because we live here when we are not traveling). The main floor has a living room with vaulted ceiling and a world map to where you are and want to go next. A beautiful updated kitchen with everything you will need to cook in or eat take out at a comfortable table in the dining area. You can also eat at the island or outside on the spa like patio. Our back yard is open with a dog door and fully fenced and perfect for kids and pets. There is a gas grill to bar-b-que outside. The beautiful patio has ample seating, around a gas fire (please shut off the propane after use). There is also a hot tub to relax in….you must follow the rules and sign the waiver to use. The main floor also has a comfortable family room with a smart TV you can stream on or watch Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video on as you relax. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom on the main level. Upstairs you will have full use of the three bedrooms (master with a king bed and en-suite, bedroom with a double bed with a full bathroom next door, and a designated work space with a full desk and a door that could also be used as a bedroom with a blowup double bed, a pad and or a Graco Pack n Play. The full laundry room is upstairs making doing laundry so convenient. Besides the Pack n Play we also have other baby items to make your trip convenient: Portable booster with tray for eating Changing pad Toys and books Our home is updated, spacious and very comfortable. Guest access You have access to the whole main floor and most of upstairs (please do not access the basement, garage or the locked room upstairs). Other things to note Please respect our home and our neighbors. We love living here and know you will enjoy it as well. We live 30 minutes from downtown Denver, 15 from Denver Tech Center. 15 minutes from Chatfield State park and just over an hour to skiing. Colorado is such a beautiful place with over 300 days of sunshine! Get outside and enjoy the trails, hikes, parks!!
