Liz's Little Gypsy Caravan w/ Hot Tub

This is a very small but cozy and comfortable gypsy caravan that I built myself. The location is beautiful, nestled at the southern side of the Arkansas River Valley , the area is quiet and scenic, with amazing views. Although the caravan is small , we have 2 + creek side acres, a brand new hot tub available 24/7, a large outdoor firepit for roasting marshmallows or gathering to play a drum or guitar. We are free from city lights so there is much to see in the sky while relaxing in a hammock. The space We are located at the far southern side of the Arkansas River Valley, nestled in the foothills above Florence, Colorado. . The caravan is just outside my homes back door perched above Coal Creek with amazing views all around. The area is quiet and scenic and plenty of space to explore. We have a brand new Jacuzzi hot tub available 24/7, several fire pits, a hammock, and 2+ acres of some of the best geography in the country with plenty of rocks for the hunting. We are far from city lights so the night sky always delivers a spectacular show. I've worked very hard to create a relaxing, welcoming space for all. Guest access Guests have 24/7 access the house and 2+ acres, the hot tub, and the caravan Other things to note The caravan is very small with only room for sleeping but the bed is extremely comfortable memory foam. The bed is small but room for two if you dont mind curling up together. If you are over 5'5" you might not be comfortable inside.
