This is a very small but cozy and comfortable gypsy caravan that I built myself. The location is beautiful, nestled at the southern side of the Arkansas River Valley , the area is quiet and scenic, with amazing views. Although the caravan is small , we have 2 + creek side acres with hammocks and a hot tub. Also, we have begun building another, larger caravan and a lavish bath house adjoining the hot tub area due to be completed spring of 2025. The space We are located at the far southern side of the Arkansas River Valley, nestled in the foothills of Coal Creek, CO. The caravan is just outside my homes back door perched above Coal Creek with amazing views all around. The area is quiet and scenic and plenty of space to explore or just enjoy a quiet evening in the hot tub! Guest access Guests have 24/7 access to the hot tub and our 2 acres. There is also great hiking just up our street. Guest will use the restroom just steps away inside the house and have access to the kitchen as well. Other things to note The caravan is very small with only room for sleeping but the bed is extremely comfortable memory foam. The bed is small but room for two if you dont mind curling up together. If you are over 5'5" you might not be comfortable inside.
