Here you will find peace, calm, and relaxation. We are next to the Rancho 30 Hotel Fazenda property, and the hotel offers Day Use (at an additional cost), which may include: lunch, pools (ambient temperature and heated), jacuzzis, horseback riding, trail, hammock area, game area, and a fishing lake with a restaurant (paid separately). We have a shared kitchen that you can use during your stay. * NOTE: Guest entry is only permitted after submitting the necessary documentation for clearance at the reception (please contact the host in advance to send the details of all guests). * NOTE: Exclusively during the month of November, all guests staying in the Lake Suites will have free access to the full range of leisure facilities, offering a complete and diverse experience. Included attractions feature the water park, 12 heated pools, the Crazy Bucket, Lauril area, hot tubs, hydrotherapy, horseback and carriage rides, zip lines, trails, fishing lakes, and much more. * ATTENTION: The pools are part of the same complex where the advertised property is located and are 700 meters away. Guest access We are located near BR 153. After passing the Federal Police, you will need to make a U-turn heading back towards Goiânia. From that point, there is a short distance between the farm hill and the suites. Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Check-in: from 3pm to 8pm; - Checkout: until 11 am; - For self check-in, if any issue occurs and the host needs to go to the property, a fee of R$ 50.00 will be charged. - Bed/bath linen and extra cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone; - Entry of guests and/or visitors beyond the property's capacity is prohibited. - Smoking is not allowed; - Pets are not allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, subject to a fine; - Quiet hours: from 10 pm to 7 am; - Any breach of condominium/neighborhood rules are the responsibility of the guest, as well as fines.
