Intro 1) Size = 1800sqft (comfortable for family, couple and group) 2) 3 rooms, 2 bathroom (2 KING size bed, 1 QUEEN size bed) 3) FREEEEEEEE Wi-fi!!!! 4) Clean ,smell good, tidy 5) Level 14(nice view, mountain view) Others can see in photo Airport and bus terminal is 5-10minit drive from our place. And we are the 2nd largest shopping mall in Kuching. We also provide rental car service. email me if interested. The space Amenities: All rooms have their own air-conditioner. We have 3 bedrooms which is : Bedroom 1- 1) 1 KING sized bed (2 pillows & blanket), 2) Wardrobe with few hangers, 3) Standing mirror, dustbin and hairdryer. 4) Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Bedroom 2 – 1) 1 KING sized bed (2 pillows & blanket), 2) Wardrobe with few hangers, 3) Dressing table with mirror 4) Dustbin and hairdryer. Bedroom 3 - 1) 1 QUEEN sized bed (2 pillows & blanket), 2) Wardrobe with few hangers, 3) table and chair, dustbin, 4) Iron and ironing board. If you need extra beds, may let us know two days arrived, we will provide the single type bed for you. We have 2 bathrooms (Inside and outside the room) - We will provide water heater, towels, body & hair shampoo, toilet paper for your convenience. Kitchen – Refrigerator, induction cooker with pot and pan, knifes set and cutting board, simple cooking utensils for LIGHT cooking only, fire-extinguisher, dishes and silver utensils, wine glasses, kettle, COWAY water dispenser. Dining area – Dining table with 6 chairs. Living area – 1) Flat screen TV, 2) Unlimited hi-speed wifi, 3) TV box with hundreds of channels, 4) Sofas and coffees table, standing fan, 5) Shoes cabinet(we will put on Kuching Sarawak travel brochures for your information). Laundry room - Washing machine, detergent, some cleaning tools, drying rack. As mentioned above area are strictly forbids to smoke. Thank you for your cooperation. Balcony - Long Balcony near living area which can lead to Bedroom 1 & 2. Here is the only area that can be smoke. Guest access There is facilities for our condo homestay you may look through : Level B2 : Guests who drive yourself may use the access card to park your car at Basement 2 Imperial Apartment Parking area with free parking. 1 access card only available for 1 car. Level B1 : Basement parking which need to pay parking fees by using Sarawakpay Apps. Level 1 : Condo Lobby Level 2: Shopping mall Level 5: Meeting Room Level 6: Swimming pool, Gym with full equipment, Sauna, Steam bath, Washroom Level 7: Terrace Garden Other things to note When you stay at our Airbnb, please take note of the following: 1) Please keep noise levels down and respect the neighbors and other guests. 2) Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas on the balcony. 3) Take care of the room and keep it clean. Dispose of trash in the designated bins provided. 4) Conserve water and electricity. Remember to turn off the air conditioning, lights, and other appliances when leaving the room. 5) Pets are not allowed to be brought into the premises to avoid any unnecessary trouble or allergic reactions. 6) Carrying illegal items or engaging in illegal activities is strictly prohibited. 7) If you require additional beds or facilities, please inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. 8) Hosting parties is strictly prohibited to avoid inconvenience to the neighbors. 9)In case of any emergencies or equipment malfunctions, please contact our customer service immediately. 10)Most importantly, please relax and enjoy your stay in this wonderful space If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to communicate with us.
