The space ​Our highly recommended unit with 2BR 28sqm size is fully furnished and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (extra charge after 2 guests). The unit includes WIFI. You can enjoy everything you want with our Smart TV with a Netflix ready. Room is fully airconditioned with 2 bedrooms - master bedroom with full double bed and a guest’s room with single double deck. The bathroom with a shower heater and a bidet. The kitchen area with complete kitchen utensils/wares (induction cooker, rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave oven and a 2-door Refrigerator)and even equipped with condiments. The unit balcony is overlooking with a cityscape view. Guest access Guest must pay the corresponding fee in the ADMIN OFFICE located at the Lower Ground floor for swimming pool access. Proper swimming attire is required for pool usage. Note: Cotton wear is not allowed. Pool rates: 150/guest on weekdays; 300/guest on holidays OPERATING HOURS FOR POOL: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm • The guest must provide their ids to the reception to confirm their names as a guest in the unit. Other Note: ​A SECURITY DEPOSIT of P1000 is required prior check in. This is fully refundable upon check out and the money will be given on cash provided no damages inside the property incurred during the stay. ONE TIME SET UP of the ff: - Toilet paper - Linens/bedsheet - 2 -4 Towels - Toiletries Bring extra pcs if needed. i) From the lower ground floor there is an access going to SM City Bicutan and a cheap sari-sari store beside the entrance. A 24/7 convenience store (alfaMart) is located at Tower 4 and a 5mins walk going to palengke. NOTE: Free parking outside the property beside the SM Bicutan Bldg B for motorcycle only first come first serve. ( Disclaimer: this is not guaranteed 100% safe , no guard to look out but I think its safe . Park at your own risk 😊) but if you need we have pay parking kindly messange me for reservation slot. Other things to note The Unit is our Home, and with utmost diligence, we expect every guest to treat this unit as their own by respecting our rules and guidelines to help preserve our private nook.
