The space Our studio is a modern, functional and cozy space, ideal for 2 adults and 1 child, located in the Bairro da Matriz, one of the most central and sought after areas of Póvoa de Varzim. It is located in front of the Igreja Matriz and close to the Póvoa de Varzim Museum. A few minutes' walk away are Almada Square, Junqueira Street, restaurants, local shops and essential services. The beach is about a 15–18-minute walk. The subway station is approximately 450 meters away, with direct connection to Porto and other cities in the region. The studio is the result of the complete remodeling of an old store, reclassified as a dwelling. Located on the ground floor, it has 30 m², carefully used to ensure comfort, good circulation and functionality. Small pets are allowed upon a security deposit, and an additional cleaning fee of €30 is applied for more thorough cleaning.
