Being on the main street and overlooking the courtyard, some city and traffic noise may be noticeable, especially in the evenings. This 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) has 41.65 m² of space and is suitable for families or small groups of up to 6 guests. It includes a private kitchen and bathroom, making it a good choice for long stays in Vienna. The first room has a double bed (140×200 cm) and a sofa that can be used as a bed (not ideal for bigger or taller guests), allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably. The room also has a TV and a table that can be used for dining or work. The second room has a double bed (140×200 cm) and can sleep 2 guests. The apartment faces the quieter courtyard, but some city noise may still be heard because of its central location near the station. The private kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, pans, and cooking tools, so you can easily prepare meals. A dining table is located in room 1 and can also be used as a workspace. There is no outdoor dining area. A washing machine is available inside the apartment, located in the kitchen, for your use. 🚿 The apartment has one bathroom with a shower and toilet in the same space.
