You can join the manual milking of the cows, if you wish. The space The property is very quiet, overlooking the mountains and the Checa Valley. There are public trails for trekking. It's 4.5 hectares, but the house is on a plot of 1000 meters, with a tree fence, which helps privacy. The house is very bright and comfortable. Spacious and comfortable spaces. Two bedrooms: Queen bed and 2 Twins, 1 mattress on the floor. Blackout curtains for a better rest. There are also heaters, if needed. If you want to use the fireplace or light the wood-burning oven, you must notify me in advance and José, the caretaker, will provide you with the first load of firewood at no cost. From the second load of firewood, there will be a cost of $5 per load. Pets are not allowed on furniture, armchairs, beds, or carpets. If you find dirt, hair, or pet odor on the furniture, beds, or carpets, there will be an additional charge of at least $100 for the extra washing and cleaning work. For long stays, over a weekend, an extra $15 per week per pet will be charged.
