Relax at this peaceful, newly refurbished place to stay. We have just converted one end of our home into a self contained, huge room with kitchenette and all essentials to make this a luxury experience. The Studio has its own front door, shower bathroom, super-king pocket spring bed that separates into two singles, a pull out bed, L shaped sofa, huge TV, dining for home working with great wifi. Private area with BBQ, table and sofa. Gym and tennis court by prior permission. Dogs welcome. The space This is a newly converted studio apartment designed for couples, a small family or friends. Enjoy the countryside and the views, or party in the heart of the fashionable Bruton heartland with fantastic rail connections and a 5minute trip from the A303. Visit our local pub in the village or go further afield where the food and amenities are renowned. Walk up Cadbury Castle, which is 3 minutes away. The studio is completely self contained, with its own front door and is in a secluded end of our home. Free Parking is in our drive that is set back from the quiet village road opposite the church. In the spacious main room there is a sitting area based around an L shaped sofa, a huge TV with Sky, Apple TV, Netflix, a dining table with four chairs, ideal for home working. The wifi is excellent. Sleeping arrangements can be flexed to suit. The brand new super king size bed has a goose down duvet and goose down super king pillows, which will be made up with white cotton percale linen. The bed can be split into two singles. There is a pull out chair bed for a 3rd person. A cot and high chair is available. The separate kitchenette is stocked with basic cooking utensils and equipment for four people. It has the essentials for preparing some meals in the apartment and is equipped with cooking utensils for the two ring hob and microwave, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. There is an air fryer, a large fridge with icebox, china and cutlery, glasses and a recycling bin. We don’t provide breakfast, just coffee, tea, milk etc. You are welcome to bring any food. Teals Farm shop is 4 minutes away - you can buy a wide range of food, including ready made meals. Or you can eat at their wonderful restaurant. The en suite shower room has a basin and a loo, with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner available for guests’ use. Towels, bed linen and dressing gowns are provided. You are welcome to use our iron, and for longer stays our washing machine is available. A new wood fired stove will make this warm studio even more cosy during the winter months. Wellies can be borrowed, depending on size availability, and damp coats can be stored in the shed. A designated area in the garden, which is fairly secluded, is available for use. It has a barbecue, a table and chairs and an outside sofa. Well behaved dogs are allowed for a £30 cleaning charge for the whole stay. Dog bowls and treats are provided, and the field opposite is there for your exclusive use. We have two friendly dogs but this will allow them to be kept separate.
