Large villa in the heart of Hvalsø

The whole group has easy access to everything from this centrally located home, a few minutes from trains, forest, cinema and shopping. The area is naturally beautiful and the town is located next to the national park 'Skjoldungernes land' and with Zealand's cleanest bathing lake 'Avnsø' only 10 minutes by car and mountain bike trails. Our house is very spacious with nice garden, large, south-facing wooden terrace - Copenhagen Central Station is 40 minutes by train - Sommerland Zealand is less than 40 minutes by car - The ferry to the cozy summer island - Orø - 20 min - Fjord 15 min The space The house is from 2016 and modernly decorated with large, bright rooms, kitchen-living room with French doors facing the garden, large dining table and acoustic ceiling, large sofa and 64" TV in the living room, game consoles, light tile floors in the entrance, kitchen, hallway and bathrooms and light wooden floors in the other rooms. The home is cozily decorated in a relaxed style with plants, paintings on the walls and suitable for both families with children and larger groups. There is also a board game room with table and chairs located at a distance from the other rooms. The home is accessible on one floor, without stairs, without doorsteps except for a small step at the entrance. Guest access The entire home, except the office. Other things to note We have a very sweet and social female cat of 4 years who lives there and needs to be fed once a day + dry food and water is filled up once in a while. She is sterilized and never goes inside, so no litter box. She is happy to be close to people but does not jump up and meows minimally. She has her own cat flap in the door and goes in and out herself.
