Cozy guest cottage in rural idyll

Relax in the countryside in a guest house on a cozy little farm, only an hour from Stockholm. The farm is from 1867 and is located just outside Björnlunda in Södermanland. In this rural idyll, you can relax or use it as a base to discover Södermanland. Next to the guest house, there is a residential house, several barns and a hen house. On the farm live the farm cats Stina and Vilda, the Samoyed dog Isa, the Wallian Blacknose sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly and Kajsa, as well as the rooster Grey and his 8 hens. The space The guest house has a complete kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, milk frother, kettle, kitchen equipment and dining area for three people. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with a shower cabin. In the combined living room/bedroom, there is a double bed and a seating area with a sofa bed. The double bed can accommodate two adults and the sofa bed can accommodate a shorter adult or a child. Unfortunately, the fireplace is not approved for use. In front of the guest house, there is a cozy glassed-in balcony with seating area. Here, grapes grow on the roof and here also live the farm cats Stina and Vilda. As the cottage is pet-friendly and the cats live on the balcony, unfortunately, the accommodation is not so suitable for those who are allergic to furry animals. CLEANING Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure, so cleaning is unfortunately not included in the price. The cottage is easy to clean and everything you need for this is on site. If you want cleaning, it costs SEK 500 in addition to the accommodation cost. SHEETS & TOWELS Duvets and pillows are of course included in the price, but unfortunately the rent does not include bed linens and towels. However, it is possible to rent bed linens and towels for SEK 250 in addition to the accommodation cost. Welcome to Ekeby, we hope you will enjoy your stay with us. Free parking is available and included in the accommodation cost! Other things to note On the farm live the cats Stina and Vilda as well as the Samoyed dog Isa - they are friendly and playful and would love to come and say hello. In one of the barns, there are also 4 kind and curious Walloon Black Nose Sheep, Bianca, Lady, Dolly and Kajsa, who like to say hello and cuddle, and in the henhouse, there is the rooster Grey and his 8 hens. There is an electric fence surrounding the fields where the animals graze.
