The Wattvogel vacation property in Greetsiel stretches over two floors on the 1st floor and offers a comfortable retreat for up to four guests in 75 m². The accommodation impresses with two bedrooms, a modern open kitchen with ceramic cooktop and oven, and a cozy living area with vinyl flooring. Upstairs, the apartment has a spacious living area with sofa, two armchairs, flat screen TVs, board games and hi-fi system. Directly adjacent is the dining area with table and five chairs, as well as the fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, fridge freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine). From here you can also step out onto the furnished balcony. Also on this floor there is a double bedroom (electrically adjustable slatted frames), wardrobe, small TV and the full-sized shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine. There is also a lockable safe in the bedroom (without liability on our part). In the attic, behind the lockable door, there is the second bedroom with a double bed and TV, as well as a guest toilet. All windows are provided with pleats and sufficiently with screens. High quality vinyl floor is installed in the entire apartment, there is underfloor heating in the living room and bathroom. You will also find a clothes rack in the built-in wardrobes in the attic. In front of the house is a car parking space and a lockable garden hut for bicycles brought with you. This property is rented during the Easter and autumn holidays from five nights without a fixed changeover day. The apartment "Gesa" is in the same building if you need more space. The apartment is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular holiday destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbor with its crabs, the famous twin mills, as well as charming cafes, restaurants and small shops are within walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, bike rides and explore the vastness of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the apartment is a perfect starting point for maritime experiences and relaxing vacation days.
