Haus Moosberg - Relaxation with lake view and tranquility

The spacious vacation home (200 m², 3 double rooms, 3 terraces) is surrounded by forest and meadows and is 1.5 km from the center of Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walks, hikes and cycling tours can be undertaken directly from the house. There is also a free swimming area at the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (12-minute walk, 1-minute drive). We have floor heating and cooling. The space The vacation home is ideal for up to six guests (additional baby cribs can be provided) and offers a living space of around 200 m². The entrance area with a wardrobe leads directly into the living room with a dining area. The large windows and sliding door open onto the terrace and into the garden. There you can spend mild summer evenings with a glass of wine. On cool evenings, a crackling fire in the living room fireplace provides pleasant coziness. There is also a TV, but many simply forget about it. The kitchen with bar and cozy reading nook is directly connected to the living area. It is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction cooker, oven and a storage room. The extendable dining table can accommodate up to 10 people. There is also a bedroom on the first floor with a piano and covered balcony as well as a small bathroom with a toilet. The stairs lead down to where there are two more bedrooms with a covered balcony and garden access as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs there is another terrace, a toilet and a washing machine. In front of the house, two cars can park and a lockable garage can accommodate bicycles. In addition, the city offers great highlights in the summer, such as concerts in the city square or festivals such as the Festival of Lights. Miscellanious: - Ceramic In Gmunden, the "Gmundner Keramik" is made, there are factory tours and you can design ceramics yourself. Gmunden also offers several ceramic shops and the pottery market for a few days in August. - Old Town and Castle Ort: In addition to the beautiful old town with its cafes and shops, there is the "Ort Castle" - a small island on the lake with a castle that can be reached via a bridge. Simply fairytale-like! Other things to note Tourism tax:  We have to collect this on behalf of the municipality. It is €2.40 per person / night from the age of 15. years of age and must be paid in advance by bank transfer.
