House with spectacular views, located in a magical place on top of a native forest, a place for observing wildlife and flora. It has 80 m2 indoors and 100 m2 outdoors, and it has all the necessary amenities: kitchen, refrigerator, dining room, living room, desk, bedroom 1 with a double bed and sofa bed, bedroom 2 with a king-size bed and loft/bedroom 3 with a double bed and sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, showers with hot water, washing machine, laundry room, terraces, BBQ, balcony, TV with Roku and Wi-Fi. The space The house is located on the edge of a cliff. It is accessed from the second floor, through a terrace where the outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill is located. On this second floor is the kitchen, dining room and living room in an open loft area with a large window that communicates to a balcony, and there is also a shower room. There are two stairs, one that communicates to the loft and one that goes down to the 2 bedrooms located on the first floor, which share 1 bathroom with private access from each room. On the 1st floor there is also the area of clothes and terraces that can be accessed from the rooms.
