This cozy Western style Cottage of 90sqm has 2 rooms / 2 bath, sleeps up to 3 people and has a fully equipped kitchen. It sits on a 7500sqm privately-owned property with only 2 houses amidst a luxurious tropical garden providing a jungle feeling. The Cottage is an exclusive rental opportunity with private access to a large 12x4m swimming pool and an adjoining comfortable Thai-style Sala with Wifi on all property. It is ideal for 2 adults or a couple with one child. The space The two rooms of the Cottage, each with an ensuite bathroom, consists of: - a spacious bedroom with king-size double bed, air conditioning and fan, hotel safe, with access to a private terrace with sea and garden view. - a stylish living room with a comfortable queen size sofa-bed (made-up on request), office desk, flat-screen Smart TV, air conditioning and fan, with access to a large terrace with sea and garden view. The open kitchen with modern furniture and granite worktop is fully equipped with induction stove, family-size fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee machine, blender, etc, with central warm water heating everywhere in the Cottage. The kitchen opens to a large terrace with dining table and sofa-bench providing beautiful views of the sea and the garden. The large roof equipped with fan as well as roll-up stores guaranteeing protection from sun as well as the rain. All doors and windows are equipped with sliding mosquito nets. Guest access Our guests have access to all of the property, the luxurious gardens as well as the private pool of 12x4m large to be shared only with the owners. Adjoining the pool is a comfortable Thai-style Sala to relax quietly by the pool. This is a private pool and available to guests only. The property has easy access from the main road and provides large car & motorbike parking in front of the Cottage. It’s in a hilly area, a bit difficult for walking. It’s good to rent a bike or a car. European washer and dryer, as well as towels and other various stuff for the beach are available to the guests on the property. Our place is not suitable for babies or small toddlers. There are no safety features at the pool or in the garden. Parents are entirely responsible for the safety of their children. Other things to note Please be aware that we have two large dogs; they are not allowed in the houses, but they run free on the property. They are friendly and love our guests, and like all good dogs, they like to bark, run after the bike and play-fight with each other. The swimming pool is private and available for the guests only. We don’t allow any visitors to the pool area. We kindly request our guests to be respectful of the tranquility of the shared space. The pool is up to 1,70m deep. The area around the pool is not fenced in or secured in any way for children. Safety around the pool and on the property is the sole responsibility of the accompanying adults.
