It is 40 sqm and consists of 1 bedroom, a large spacious bathroom, a single kitchen and a dining room! Ideal for 3 people! Fully equipped with all necessary household appliances, as well as a washing machine that will make your stay even more pleasant and comfortable! The bedroom has a large comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. In the living room there is a sofa where another person can be accommodated with great comfort, while there is a fourth bed. All rooms in the house have their own balcony. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms of the house's rooms as well as to all the closets and storage spaces. Except for some cabinets that will be locked with a padlock. Other things to note This is a family-type apartment building where families live. During your stay, we would like you to respect the other tenants and observe the quiet hours (and not only). * Quiet hours: 14:00-18:00 *Garbage: In central locations, you will find the green bins where you can dispose of your garbage. While in the blue bins, you can recycle your paper packaging.
