Fully equipped kitchen: With the standard utensils and kitchenware you may need. Supplies included in the price: high-speed WiFi, electricity, water and gas (included within a responsible and reasonable use, up to 40€/month/tenant). Professional Cleaning Service: Cleaning for the maintenance of the common areas of the apartment is covered in the price and delivered by our professional cleaning staff. Management of Professional Maintenance Services: Our Customer Support Department is in charge of managing and mediating with the maintenance technicians in any incident that you may have during your stay. Check-in service 24h: With additional supplement if the service is required outside office working hours. Door Opening Service 24h: in the event that you lose the keys, you can call our external control unit so that an agent will open the door for you 24h / 365 days.
