The sumptuous retail outlets, bars and restaurants dotted along the “Golden Mile” are but a stone’s throw away. The space On the ground floor, Nagueles has a spacious living room, a large and well-equipped kitchen with a generous dining area, a toilet, and one bedroom with a private bathroom. French windows lead to a private terrace from this beautifully proportioned ground floor bedroom. The basement features a generously sized bedroom with a well-appointed en-suite bathroom. There is also a superbly-equipped gymnasium, an extra bathroom, a laundry room and – adjacent to this – a garage with parking for two cars. Outside the villa there is parking space for two additional vehicles. The first floor boasts a further three bedrooms, each with a capacious private bathroom and fine coastal views. The master bedroom – as one would expect in such a sumptuously magnificent property – benefits from a large beautifully adorned private bathroom which also has a spa bath. This bedroom has a southerly aspect, and abuts a large terrace with unrivalled sea views. The second floor comprises a vast roof terrace with a barbecue area, and benefits from stupendous sea and mountain views. There is large heated swimming pool, a “plunge pool,” a large beautifully manicured lawn which surrounds an expansive terrace, dining and BBQ area. A lift connects the basement with the top (second) floor, making it the perfect holiday destination for those with mobility problems... or those who would just rather not take the stairs! Guest access The villa is sited in a prominent position that affords dazzling views of the sun-sparkled Mediterranean, and the Sierra Blanca mountains – the most prominent which is the iconic La Concha. The views in all directions are breathtaking, and all amenities and services are conveniently located in the nearby centre of Marbella. There is easy access to the A7, yet the residence manages to retain a veneer of isolation and tranquil seclusion. It is a mere 500 metres from the sea, the fashionable Puente Romano Beach Resort, Marbella Club, and the host of excellent beach bars and eateries located along the Paseo Maritimo. In case of any delays, ( flight delays, traffic or any kind of situations) you have to inform us. There is 30minutes grace period. After that, at the start of every 30min interval incurs to a fee 20Euros payable in CASH on arrival. Refusal of payment may be a subject to a booking cancellation with no refund. On arrival, all guests must register by providing the data required by the government and showing passport or national ID. Cleaning fees correspond to final cleaning. Service of change of linen and cleaning are subject to extra fee.
