Private pool for escaping the heat! The Garfield Casita is a private 1 bed / 1 bath dwelling located in downtown Phoenix. In this cozy casita you will find a newly furnished interior, kitchenette, large TV in bedroom, and private WiFi. Guests have access to outdoor patio and pool. We are 1 mile east of Phoenix's popular Roosevelt Row and 2.5 miles north of Skyharbor Airport. No cleaning fee! :) The space Your home away from home: a separate dwelling from the main house. Guests will have their own private entrance to the property. The rooms are cozy. The bathroom is especially small, but it gets the job done! As mentioned in the description, this casita has a 6 gallon water heater. This is not a suitable stay for those that enjoy long showers. The air conditioning (much needed here) is awesome and cools the place down very fast. The kitchenette has a microwave along with a small fridge. In the cabinets you’ll find cups, plates, and silverware. There are 2 TVs available for you to enjoy your favorite steaming platform. Lastly, you will have access to the pool that is shared with the main house. Guest access Guests will have full access to the guest house, outdoor patio, and shared pool.
