No shared guest spaces. The space Villa Kotseli is a traditional terraced Cycladic stone house, built across multiple levels and connected entirely by external stone paths and staircases. This layout is typical of historic island homes and allows each level to remain independent, quiet, and private. Parking & Entrances: • Private Guest Parking: One dedicated parking space provides direct access via a private stone staircase to the Garden Residence (Ground Level). • Owner Parking: A separate parking area and entrance serve the owner’s penthouse. • Note: There are no shared indoor entrances. A garden path leads from this level directly to the pool and sunset terraces. 2. The Stone Suites (Middle Level) Authentic Cycladic character and elevated views. Accessed via a traditional external stone path. • Style: Rustic stone walls, cave-style architecture, and open sea views. • Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom. • Convenience: A separate kitchenette for light snacks, drinks, or evening use. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the Ground Level (Garden Residence) and Middle Level (Stone Suites), as well as the private pool, gardens, and main terraces. Parking & Access • Guest Parking: One private parking space is reserved for guests, providing direct access via a private stone staircase to the Garden Residence. • Secondary Access: An upper parking area provides the easiest access to the Stone Suites via a traditional external stone path. All guest areas are connected externally via stone paths and stairs, in keeping with the traditional terraced Cycladic architecture. There are no shared indoor spaces.
