Light filled, Open Concept Loft in Crestone

Two level, remodeled, loft style home with a large deck and spectacular views. Home is situated five minutes drive from town of Crestone. Three quarter mile walk from the home provides access to Willow Lake, South Crestone Lake and Wilderness Area trail heads. We allow well behaved, house trained dogs. We don't allow cats. Pet fee is $15 per pet per day. The space There are two sets of stairs. Exterior stairs access main area of the loft. Main area consists of kitchen, living and dining areas, half bath, coat closet and utility room with washer and dryer. The pullout sofa in the living room opens into queen size bed. Interior stairs of the loft access master sleeping area and balcony. Sleeping area consists of queen size bed, bathroom with shower and 4 foot bathtub and walk in closet. Balcony has a small sitting area with two chairs and bistro table. Balcony provides sweeping views of the San Luis Valley and magnificent sunsets. We allow well behaved, house trained dogs. We don't allow cats. Pet fee is $15 per pet per day. THE FIRST LEVEL OF THE HOUSE WITH IT'S OWN SEPARATE ENTRYWAY ARE THE OWNER'S QUARTERS. There are no interior stairs connecting owner's quarters and loft which allows for complete guest's privacy. Guest access Guest parking is located to the right of the exterior stairs leading to the loft. At the base of the stairs there is a 3 way switch for the porch lights at the top of the stairs for the evening or night arrivals. Those lights are also controlled by the interior dimmer switch to the left from the main door. The lock is on electronic combination.
