The space This 1st floor apartment best accommodates 2-4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. We do not allow more than 4 adult guests to stay on a given visit. There are year round tenants above the apartment. There may be noise. Your apartment has a private porch and grill. The yard is a shared space. Quiet hours are appreciated from 9:00-7am.
