The Dragonfly is located on the Clinton River in BoatTown USA with 50' of waterfront footage to dock a boat or 2. We are centrally located between Harley Ensign and Lk St Clair Metro Park. There are many restaurants and bars nearby and within walking distance. We are minutes to Selfridge ANG. Our home sleeps 6, but up to 4 adults and 2 children comfortably as our home is just under 900 sqft. We also have a nice inflatable queen mattress and bedding in the closet that would fit nicely upstairs. The Dragonfly on the River provides direct access to Lk St Clair via the Clinton River. There is plenty of opportunity to go fishing, kayaking and participate in other watersport activities. There is a tritoon rental directly across the canal that is a convenient option if you don't have your own boat. After a day of fun in the sun, you will return to land to enjoy a BBQ dinner or a feast at a local restaurant. End your evening in front of the firepit before retiring for the evening in the cozy comfort of The Dragonfly. *Anglers* You can back up 2 trucks and 2 trailers straight back in the driveway. Some of this will be on grass. Also, you are able to use part of the neighboring driveway with advance notice. See pictures. Guests have access to the entire home. Also there is cornhole in the shed that guests are welcome to use as well as the paddles and life jackets for the kayaks. Feel free to call, text or message me. I will not always be available after 8PM but will respond early morning. Our home is on a private island on the Clinton River. Our neighbors are very friendly and helpful. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and more within biking/driving distance. Lk St Clair offers many restaurants and bars accessible by boat. Selfridge ANGB guests are welcome to stay at our home with a 10% military discount. Thank you for your service! *If you use the grill, please clean it for the next guest.
