Upper unit is not an air b- and b, and has an entrance facing the hillside at the back part of the property. The cabin is suitable for larger groups, family reunions, and bachelor/bachelorette parties, or just a quiet get away for a family or couple. The nightly price quoted is for up to 11 people. There are beds for up to 14 people ( 3 rollaway beds). The nightly price will be increased for larger groups (50.00 per person per night ). Dogs welcome. Please note-There are 5 private sleeping areas. 4 bedrooms, each can sleep 2 people (2 queen beds, 3 twins, and one king). In addition, the front porch has a comfortable queen bed futon for 2 people, and converts to a fifth bedroom. There is ample onsite parking for guests. For people interested in long term renting the rate listed is for seasonal months. for Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March, April and May the cabin can be rented for 3200 a month all utilities are included.
