Guest access Guests have full access to the studio, private patio, rooftop terrace, shared front gate, and photos with flowers are allowed. The rest of the property is private. Other things to note The place is fenced off and gated. Rest assured you'll be secure throughout your stay. A butler(caretaker) is available at your service at the ring of a bell. We have some steps inside the room leading to various parts of the room. Kindly watch your step as you step up or down. Carefully look at the photos to know where these are located. The bathroom space is also narrow but very usable. The head room in the bed space is slightly over 6 ft. but the rest of the space has high ceiling space. You might hear a bit of sounds from the neighbors passing by, or their children. This is because we have neighbors at the back and the room window opens out into their compound. It is a high window, so no need to worry. You can keep it closed if the sound bothers you. (at certain times of day). There's temporary (day time) construction in the neighborhood, you might hear a bit of knocking. There's a church not so far from our place, you might hear some singing on some days of the week. It is not disturbing though, since we don't live that close to it. We do live in a business area therefore you'll experience some sights and sounds of a fairly busy city outside the gate.
