Welcome to our Cozy Airbnb staycation, where it comforts for up to 4 guests. In the heart of the city, this cozy apartment is designed with music lovers in mind. The walls resonate with artistic notes and are adorned with musical memorabilia that sets for a memorable stay. The bedroom features a double-sized bed, a pull-out, and a sleeper sofa, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. Wake up to tunes from our vinyl collection or strum a chord on the acoustic guitar provided. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Please note that Jazz Residences is a condominium, not a hotel. We should follow the condo’s rules & regulations. JAZZ RESIDENCES FREE LIMITED PARKING SLOT - (1st come, 1st served) *PLEASE ASK US FIRST IF A PARKING SLOT IS STILL AVAILABLE. *Parking reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please let us know in advance if you need a parking slot. *The status of the booking must be “confirmed” before you reserve a parking slot. *Vehicle check-in/out times are similar to your stay. (The time coverage of 1 night is around 2pm to 11am.) *ONLY 1 PARKING SLOT IS FREE. If you need an additional parking slot, there's an additional 400 fee per slot per night. *We will need to register the vehicle first, with approval from the Admin Office, before you may use the parking slot. *Only the registered vehicle may use the specific parking slot number that we will provide. Unregistered vehicles will not be able to use our limited parking slots. *The vehicle details (driver’s name, driver’s contact number, vehicle model, color, and plate number) must be submitted to us at least a weekday (Monday-Friday, 11am-4pm) before the check-in date. *The Admin Office is closed on weekends and on holidays, so we won’t be able to register the vehicle. *If you will extend your stay or check out late, please confirm with us if the parking space is still available. PAID PARKING OPTION: -SM JAZZ MALL PAID PARKING - May take up to around Php 800 a night. *Php 60 for the first 2 hours, plus Php 20 for the succeeding hours, plus a Php 300 overnight fee. REQUIREMENTS: -Valid IDs of all the guests staying in the unit, for registration purposes. *Unregistered guests will not be able to enter the building. *You may need to leave a valid ID at the concierge to get a Guest Pass. FOR SHORT-NOTICE/SAME-DAY BOOKINGS, WE MAY NEED TO PERSONALLY ASSIST YOU THROUGH THE CHECK-IN PROCESS. -It may take up to an hour before we can assist you through the check-in process. -For short-notice/same-day bookings at 5pm onwards, it may take up to 1-2 hours before we can assist you through the check-in process. SWIMMING POOL RATE: -Regular rate - Php 150 per person per day. -Holiday rate - Php 300 per person per day. *The pool is open daily from 6am-10pm. *You may purchase pool coupons from us. Payment through GCash or cash. *Pool coupons are limited during weekends because the Admin Office is closed. *Please let us know in advance how many coupons you need so we can reserve them for you. *We can bring the coupons to the unit from 11am-5pm only. *Must wear proper swimming attire. Cotton is not allowed (Cotton shirts, jeans, etc.) NO PETS ALLOWED QUIET HOURS: 10:00am - 7:00am. Please respect the neighboring units and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm. MONETARY PENALTY FOR NOISE COMPLAINTS - PHP 5,000. SMOKING & VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED *You may smoke in the bathroom only with the ventilation on. THE GYM IS EXCLUSIVE FOR UNIT OWNERS AND TENANTS ONLY. DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS IN THE UNIT, THE GUARDS MAY ALLOW 1-2 VISITORS UNTIL 10PM ONLY. -The condo is strict with overcrowding in units. DO NOT LEAVE ANY GARBAGE IN THE HALLWAYS PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING.
