Welcome to our "chalet" style apartment with its cozy and welcoming atmosphere! The space Welcome to our home We offer our DUPLEX apartment, 75 m2, located in the heart of Oullins, on the main street, accommodating up to 5 people maximum. We chose to furnish our apartment in the "mountain chalet" style thanks to our 40 m2 bedroom, in duplex, under the roofs (converted attic), with a maximum ceiling height of 1.70 m. We hope you'll feel right at home here! Our apartment is bright, it was completely redone at the end of 2022 and it has plenty of storage with built-in cupboards. It is on the 2nd floor out of 2 (no elevator), in a small condominium of 3 apartments. It is conveniently located a 7-minute walk to the metro and Oullins train station for directions to Part-Dieu, Bellecour, Vieux Lyon etc… Buses are just a short walk down the street, in both directions of traffic with direct access to downtown Lyon without any changes and this every 10 minutes or so. Convenience stores are a 4-minute walk away. A very pleasant communal park, accessible free of charge, 20 m from the apartment below, will allow you to enjoy a breath of greenery. The apartment consists of: - A living room including the kitchen, semi-open to the living room with a 140 x 200 double sofa bed. -Bathroom with bathtub, double sink, toilet. -One bedroom upstairs with 3 single 90 x 200 beds. All bedding is new. Here are the amenities in our apartment: - Kitchen: induction cooktop, microwave-grill, range hood, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, dishes and kitchen utensils, a lamp, a high table with two bar stools. 3 windows with electric roller shutters (3 remote controls). 1 cabinet serving as a reception console with decorative kit. Built-in storage cabinet with shelves. - Living room: 1 dining table, 5 chairs, TV, 2 coffee tables on carpets, 1 double sofa bed, 2 floor lamps. 1 window with electric roller shutter (1 remote control). Built-in storage cabinet with wardrobe, hangers and shelves. 1 white fur pouf. - A bathroom with bathtub, glass shower screen, rain shower and shower head, double sink, two mirror cabinets, toilet and washing machine. A hairdryer. - One bedroom: 3 single beds, nightstands, blackout blind for the Velux. - An inventory with a list of items in our apartment. If you do not find what is indicated, please let us know on the inventory sheets made available to you. - Cleaning kit if needed (vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, mop). - Iron and ironing board - Small clothesline - Wi-Fi connection in the apartment. We provide you with the following linen: - Beds prepared for your arrival according to the number of people linked to your reservation (except the sofa bed for which you will find the sheets, pillows and duvet in the closet). -1 shower towel and 1 guest towel per person per stay based on the number of people linked to your reservation. - 2 bath mats. - 1 dish towel for the kitchen. We provide the following basic products: - Shower gel - Shampoo - 3 rolls of toilet paper - Dish soap - 1 sponge - 2 tablets for the dishwasher. - 1 packet of laundry detergent for the washing machine. - Capsules for the Nespresso machine. - Tea bags (different flavors). - Some cleaning products (under the kitchen sink). - Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, paper towel. The building has a "small" inner courtyard with 2 chairs and a coffee table. Guest access Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Checkout: 11:00 a.m. These times are subject to change. We strive to best accommodate your schedules whenever possible. Guest access: Bus C10 Pont d'Oullins stop Metro line B Gare d'Oullins (and by connection line D) Easy parking by car. We have made a small "user manual" for our apartment which, we hope, will facilitate your arrival and getting started. We also provide you with various brochures on Lyon, its exhibitions, museums, attractions etc… You can also find nearby addresses for your shopping or dining. For guests who are not familiar with our region, you will find books on Lyon and its surroundings (for consultation) as well as various books on sports and for children. Important neighborhood information: this is our apartment, which we rent, so please, thank you for being respectful of the neighborhood, no noise or noisy evenings please… Thank you for your understanding. We follow the Airbnb cleaning protocol. Check yourself in with the lockbox. Only one set of keys is given to tenants for their stay. It's not possible to have more than one.
