Great home for the family plus friends with very spacious comfortable living areas throughout the house and fenced in backyard. The home has all the amenities needed for long comfortable stays which are very much encouraged. Off street parking for two-three cars in the driveway. Guests have no access to the garage. The space There is a bonus game room on the 3rd level. Guest access No access to the garage. The garage is for the hosts use- guests may place trash in the garbage bins if they are located in the garage due to inclement weather. Other things to note There are no parties allowed. There is no access to the garage for guests. We are using it for storage for our family. The trash cans will be located in the backyard fenced in area right by the entry gate. Please do not park in the parking pad next to the home. That is NOT our space and the neighbors are less than thrilled if we park there.
