The house is split over 2 floors and also has an attic bedroom space: Ground floor: On the ground floor, there is an spacious open plan living room and dining room. The living room has a fireplace with wood burner and also a large HD TV. Towards the back of the house, there is a small but well equipped kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Through the kitchen there is a large utility room which leads to a pretty garden at the back of the house with patio area with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Garden is SW facing so gets the evening sun. First floor: Stairs lead to a good sized bathroom with bath and electric shower. Off the central landing is a large main bedroom with double bed which overlooks the street at the front. There is a 2nd child's bedroom on this floor which will not be in use.
