Note that the beach walkover features stairs that go up and down over the dunes, making it not handicap accessible. The neighborhood is growing, and with that comes a bit of construction nearby, including in front of the house. While it s entirely out of our control, we always want to be upfront so there are no surprises. We appreciate your understanding as this beautiful area continues to develop.
