Brand new sunny apartment only 2-3 minutes away from Móricz Zsigmond square and the beautiful Bartók Béla Boulevard packed with the best cafés, restaurants, pubs and ice-cream shops of the city. Despite being close to the heart of Budapest, the flat is very quiet thanks to its inner location. Also suitable for families with small children! The apartment is west facing, so very sunny and bright. The windows are fitted with blinds so you don't have to worry about sunlight if you want to sleep. The space Our apartment is 55 sq meters big, on the 4th floor of a recently renovated house with an elevator. It has a nice bedroom (with a queen-size bed (160*200) and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, induction hob and oven, dishwasher, dishes and vessels are all there for you). In the living room, there is a convertible sofa that can serve as a double bed, and 4K HD TV with Netflix. The bath has a tub, but is also equipped with a shower facility. There is a huge cupboard in the bedroom, many shelves and space for your belongings. You have a dedicated workplace and high-speed wifi connection. Guest access We offer you self check-in. You can arrive anytime after 3 pm! The apartment is also suitable for families with small children! We offer you high chair, baby potty/toddler toilet seat, crib, microwave oven. Other things to note From 1 September 2021, all accommodation providers in Hungary are obliged to collect information on the identity of guests upon arrival and share this information with the Hungarian Tourism Agency. In practice, the data will be collected by digital scanning of identity documents and uploaded to the Hungarian Tourism Agency's Guest Information Closed Database. If the guest refuses to provide the required document, the person concerned shall be denied access to the accommodation service. The accommodation provider may give guests the option of scanning the personal data required by law from their identity cards by themselves, remotely and digitally using the property management system (called 'Vendegem' app).
