Single room in a new build house

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The bathroom is only for guests and it is shared only when the other room is occupied by other guests. Smoking/ vaping is not permitted anywhere inside our Airbnb, guests can step outside and smoke. All rooms, bathrooms and hallways are fitted with smoke alarm and any kind of smoke or steam will set the alarm off. The space My property is a new build house in a quiet area with very good public transportation to the town Center and the airport. Guest access Guest will have access to the bathroom/ shower that is on the same floor as the room and the bathroom is shared with other guest if the other room in the house is occupied but myself and my family we have our separate bathrooms. The kitchen is not used by guests since I have provided all the necessary equipments such as chairs, table, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water and cereal on the same floor as the guest rooms. Guests can always ask in person about using the kitchen facilities. During your stay I will be at the property to greet the guests and provide the necessary information also hand out the keys. Guests can feel free to approach me if they want to have more contact. Other things to note I keep the house clean at all times even while hosting guests and I take care of the dishes as well as any rubbish. Since keeping the house as clean as possible is one of my main priorities in order to keep the space as clean and safe as possible for my guests and my family I would appreciate if guests did not walk in with shoes on indoor and take them off downstairs. Guests can take the shoes with them to the room or leave them in shoe rack downstairs. Registration Details EH-87228-F
