Double room apartment in a cosy, private house is away from the party scene, noise, in a quiet, peaceful environment. The apartment is ideal for a young family. It offers an amazing view from the balcony to the sea. The apartment is all day sunny and large​ pine trees in the courtyard provide daily shade. Easy walk down the stairs to get to the ocean and first-morning swim. 15 - 20 minutes walk to the centre of the town. The parking lot is guaranteed. Great wifi. The space The double room apartment is set in the south-eastern part of the town Hvar on the second floor of a family house. The house is very spacious and well organized, all apartments have separate entrances and terraces or balconies with an amazing sea view. The house is overgrown with Mediterranean plants and bushes producing beautiful aromas. It is in the shadow of big pine trees in which the only noise is produced by crickets. This attractive location by the sea offers a pleasant stay. It's right on the water and you can fall asleep to the sounds of the sea. Only a stretch of white rocks separates you from your first-morning swim, and a leisurely twenty minutes promenade along the seaside will take you to the centre of Hvar where you can find all of the tourist attractions and events, local restaurants and bars. In the nearby port Križna Luka within a distance of 800 m, you can find two supermarkets, couple of restaurants and bars, gas station as well as rent-a-boat services. The great pebble stone beach ˝Pokonji dol˝ with additional facilities can be accessed by a track, in only 10 minutes or by car. If you are interested in exploring nature, you can walk 20 minutes along the seaside in a Mediterranean forest to the next pebble stoned beach called Mekičevica. There you can relax in a natural and intact environment. Next, to the road, which is passing six meters from the house, we offer nine parking lots in the shadow of trees for those who arrive by car or motorbike. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. It is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. In front of the entry doors is a spacy terrace under winegrape and pine shadow. It can be used as space storage for the beache equipment or for daily relaxing. In the extension of the larger room is a balcony with an open view to the picturesque Pakleni islands, the lighthouse of Pokonjidol, distant islands Korčula, Vis and open sea. I highly recommended this apartment for families with young children. Daily rent includes tourist tax, electricity and water cost, bedding, towels, initial and final cleaning. Other things to note For the season 2022 we renewed kitchen cabinets, set up new stove and dish washer in the kitchen. New photos will be upload after completing these new facilities and interior design.
