(Allow about €50 for 30 days depending on use... air conditioning or not) The space you are entitled to the entire property and your terrace just across from your apartment. The large one being private, you can access it if there is no one there and even use the outdoor kitchen if you are interested, but the priority will remain with the person who rented the terrace entirely.
