The space The apartment located on the 3rd floor, has all the comforts to accommodate couples, families and friends. To get to the apartment, it is important to know that there are 2 flights of stairs to climb. The kitchen/living room with lake view consists of a sofa, air conditioning, table, smart TV, induction stove, microwave and electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, pots and everything you need for cooking. The terrace has a table and two chairs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The double bedroom includes a double bed, air conditioning, a smart TV, a wardrobe, bedside tables and a chair. The second room is equipped with a bunk bed, air conditioning and a closet. The private garden is located about 30 meters from the house and has 2 sun loungers, two chairs, a coffee table and a bench, perfect for enjoying an aperitif on the lake!
